Hyster® solutions for inland terminals will be showcased at Black Sea Ports and Shipping in Varna, Bulgaria from 22nd – 23rd May 2018.

Hyster® lift truck for double container handling
One Hyster® solution for inland terminals is the new series of Hyster® Empty Container Handlers, with 4 single handlers lifting up to 8 high (8’6”) and 5 double handlers lifting up to 9 high (8’6”) available.
The double-handling capabilities for any container type offer inland terminal operations significant productivity advantages. The new H11XM-ECD9 enables the operator to handle two 40ft reefer containers with ease, even when both refrigerator units are positioned at the same side, which would normally cause an offset load.
Even customers with single-handling operations will benefit from the highly rugged and durable equipment.
ReachStacker for second rail handling
Black Sea Ports and Shipping also provides an opportunity for delegates to learn about the new elevating cabin option for the Hyster® RS46 ReachStacker, which offers direct visibility of second rail containers.
This solution optimises visibility of a container on the second rail, even when there is a high cube container on a railcar in the first rail position. The new moveable cab is raised and lowered on a hinged arm and provides greater efficiency while helping to reduce damage.
With the robust Hyster® cabin design, operators benefit from a comfortable environment with reduced sideways movement, shock and vibration when driving, while the ability to tilt the cabin up to 10 degrees can also be added to further enhance comfort when handling high stacks.
